Honoring the Victims of the Tragedy in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Proclamation 10966, issued August 27, 2025, honors the victims of a tragedy that occurred in Minneapolis, Minnesota. As a ceremonial executive action, it directs that the United States flag be flown at half-staff from the date of the proclamation through sunset on August 31, 2025.
