It acknowledges BVA as the official congressionally chartered advocate for all blinded veterans and highlights the organization’s long history of advocacy with Congress, the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), and other agencies to improve health care, rehabilitation, benefits, and independence for blind and low-vision veterans.
