Adjunct Faculty Loan Fairness Act of 2025

The Adjunct Faculty Loan Fairness Act of 2025 aims to broaden eligibility for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program by explicitly allowing adjunct and contingent (non-tenured) faculty in higher education to qualify for loan forgiveness.
