Authorizing the use of Emancipation Hall in the Capitol Visitor Center for a ceremony to present the Congressional Gold Medals awarded under the Harlem Hellfighters Congressional Gold Medal Act.

This concurrent resolution authorizes Emancipation Hall in the Capitol Visitor Center to be used on September 3, 2025, for a ceremony to present Congressional Gold Medals that were awarded under the Harlem Hellfighters Congressional Gold Medal Act (Public Law 117-38). The preparation of the ceremony must follow conditions set by the Architect of the Capitol.
