Peter J. McGuire Labor Day Landmark Act

The bill would designate the Peter J. McGuire Memorial and the Peter J. McGuire Gravesite in Pennsauken, New Jersey, as the Peter J. McGuire Memorial National Commemorative Site. It clarifies that this designation is not a unit of the National Park System. The Secretary of the Interior would be authorized to enter cooperative agreements with public or private entities to provide educational and interpretive facilities and programs, and to offer technical and financial assistance to those entities. Importantly, the designation would not restrict the actions of private property owners.
