Gateway Partnership Act

Gateway Partnership Act would authorize the Secretary of the Interior to enter into an agreement with the Gateway Arch Park Foundation to host private events in Gateway Arch National Park buildings (including the Arch Visitor Center and the Old Courthouse, and any other public-facing Park buildings). The agreement would set conditions to protect Park resources, limit the number and timing of private events, require insurance and liability protections for the federal government, and ensure events do not disrupt public access. It also allows the Secretary to recover costs by charging fees related to wear and tear and other administrative expenses. The act clarifies that the National Park Service can still host its own events, and nothing in the act prevents future private or public events by others.
